Straight answers to useful questions.
Scope, process, search, AI discovery and how a founder-led engagement works. If your question is specific to the current site, include it in the private review.
Ask about your projectDo you only redesign websites for luxury brands?
No. Luxury is important to Kordan, but it is not the limit. We also work with established, high-value businesses such as homebuilders, property companies, architecture practices, manufacturers, private healthcare providers and professional firms.
What does Kordan redesign?
Kordan redesigns complete marketing websites. We can review the current site, sharpen the message, plan the pages, direct the visuals, design and build the new experience, then prepare it for launch and modern search.
Is Kordan a web design agency or a branding studio?
Kordan is a founder-led website redesign studio. We can improve the message and visual direction, but the main job is to redesign and build the website.
Can you work with our existing brand identity?
Yes. We keep what works, improve what feels weak and add the visual or content rules the website needs.
What is included in a full website redesign?
A full redesign usually includes the review, page plan, copy direction, visual design, development, mobile layouts, accessibility, search setup, testing and launch. We shape the exact scope around the website.
Do you also build the website?
Yes. We can take the project from first review to design, build and launch. If you already have a development team, we can work with them.
How long does a luxury website redesign take?
A focused website may take several weeks. A larger or more complex site can take several months. We confirm timing after reviewing the scope, content and integrations.
Do you guarantee search rankings or ChatGPT recommendations?
No credible studio can guarantee a ranking or a recommendation from Google, ChatGPT or another AI tool. We make the site clear, useful and easy to crawl, with strong pages, honest structured data, internal links, sitemaps and measurement.
What does AI search optimisation mean in a Kordan project?
People now ask full questions in Google and AI tools. We make the website easier for those systems to understand and for people to trust. That means clear pages, direct answers, useful original content, honest proof and strong technical foundations.
Can you improve an existing website without replacing it?
Sometimes. If the current structure and platform are sound, focused improvements may be enough. If the problem runs through the whole site, a full redesign is usually the better investment.
Does Kordan work outside London?
Yes. Kordan is based in London and works worldwide. The process is designed for focused remote collaboration, with in-person working sessions considered when the project benefits from them.
How do we start?
Send Kordan your current website, a short description of what has changed and what the next site needs to achieve, using the enquiry form or by emailing info@kordanstudio.com. You will get a considered reply within one working day. If it looks like a fit, the next step is a private review.
How much does a luxury website redesign cost?
Complete Kordan redesigns start from £18,000, and most land between £18,000 and £45,000. The number is driven by the size of the site, how much new content and photography is needed, and the systems the website has to connect to — not by an hourly rate. You get a fixed price before any work begins, and it does not move unless you change the scope.
What is a private review, and what does it cost?
It is a 45-minute call in which O'Neill walks you through what is holding your current website back — positioning, structure, content, design and how the site performs in modern search. You get the findings in writing afterwards, whether or not you go on to work with Kordan. It is free and there is no obligation.
Who owns the website and the design when the project ends?
You do. On final payment, the design, the content produced for the project and the code all belong to you, along with access to every account and repository. Kordan does not hold your website hostage through a proprietary platform or a mandatory retainer.
What happens after launch?
You get the site, the accounts and documentation for maintaining it, plus 30 days of support for anything that needs adjusting. Beyond that, some clients handle their own updates and some ask Kordan to stay involved for ongoing content, measurement and improvement. Neither is a condition of the project.
Should we hire a website agency, a freelancer or a studio like Kordan?
A freelancer is usually the right choice for a small site on a tight budget. A large agency suits organisations that need many people, formal process and broad channel support. A founder-led studio like Kordan fits in between: senior judgement on every decision and no account-management layer, but a limited number of projects at a time and no capacity for large ongoing campaigns.
