Projects are led personally by the founder, O'Neill, rather than passed to an account team. A complete redesign covers diagnosis, positioning, content, art direction, design, build, launch and a search and AI discovery foundation, quoted as a single fixed figure agreed before any work begins rather than billed by the hour. Most projects run two to four weeks.

How much does a luxury website redesign cost?
Kordan does not publish a starting price. Each project is quoted as a single fixed figure after a free private review of your current site, because the same brief can be a twelve-page site or a sixty-page rebuild connected to a booking engine, and one headline number cannot describe both honestly. The figure is driven by the size of the site, how much new writing and photography is needed, and the systems the website has to connect to – not by an hourly rate. How long does a luxury website redesign take?
Most projects run two to four weeks from kick-off to launch. Two is realistic for a focused site with content already in hand; four is normal when new writing and photography are needed. We confirm the date after reviewing the scope, the content and any systems the site connects to. Delays are almost always caused by content and approvals, not by design or build.
Does Kordan work outside London?
Yes. Kordan is based in London and works worldwide. The process is designed for focused remote collaboration, with in-person working sessions considered when the project benefits from them.
Who owns the website and the design when the project ends?
You do. On final payment, the design, the content produced for the project and the code all belong to you, along with access to every account and repository. Kordan does not hold your website hostage through a proprietary platform or a mandatory retainer.
