Your business has moved on. The website has not.

If the site looks dated, feels confusing or hides your best work, it is costing you trust and enquiries. A Kordan redesign takes the whole thing — position, structure, words, design, build and launch — and rebuilds it as one deliberate piece of work.

Investment

What a redesign costs.

Complete redesigns start from £18,000. Most complete redesigns land between £18,000 and £45,000, depending on the number of pages, the amount of new content and photography, and the systems the site has to connect to.

You get a fixed price before any work begins. It does not move unless you change the scope, and there is no hourly billing to monitor.

Prices exclude VAT, photography commissions and third-party licences, which are quoted separately and charged at cost.

Is your website holding the business back?

It probably is if:

Before you ask

The four things everyone raises.

Straight answers, so the first conversation can start further along.

We already have a developer.

Good — keep them. Kordan can deliver the strategy, content and design, then hand your team a complete, buildable system rather than a set of flat images.

Our content is not ready.

It rarely is. Content production is part of the project, not a prerequisite. We write the site with you instead of waiting for a document that never arrives.

We are worried about losing our search rankings.

That is the right worry — most redesign traffic losses come from broken redirects, not from new design. Every old URL is mapped before launch and performance is watched afterwards.

The last redesign took a year and went nowhere.

Usually a symptom of too many decision-makers and no accountable lead. Kordan runs a small number of projects at a time, with one point of accountability and a scope agreed up front.

Questions before we start.

How much does a luxury website redesign cost?

Complete Kordan redesigns start from £18,000, and most land between £18,000 and £45,000. The number is driven by the size of the site, how much new content and photography is needed, and the systems the website has to connect to — not by an hourly rate. You get a fixed price before any work begins, and it does not move unless you change the scope.

What is included in a full website redesign?

A full redesign usually includes the review, page plan, copy direction, visual design, development, mobile layouts, accessibility, search setup, testing and launch. We shape the exact scope around the website.

How long does a luxury website redesign take?

A focused website may take several weeks. A larger or more complex site can take several months. We confirm timing after reviewing the scope, content and integrations.

Who owns the website and the design when the project ends?

You do. On final payment, the design, the content produced for the project and the code all belong to you, along with access to every account and repository. Kordan does not hold your website hostage through a proprietary platform or a mandatory retainer.

What happens after launch?

You get the site, the accounts and documentation for maintaining it, plus 30 days of support for anything that needs adjusting. Beyond that, some clients handle their own updates and some ask Kordan to stay involved for ongoing content, measurement and improvement. Neither is a condition of the project.

Do you also build the website?

Yes. We can take the project from first review to design, build and launch. If you already have a development team, we can work with them.

Can you improve an existing website without replacing it?

Sometimes. If the current structure and platform are sound, focused improvements may be enough. If the problem runs through the whole site, a full redesign is usually the better investment.

Do you only redesign websites for luxury brands?

No. Luxury is important to Kordan, but it is not the limit. We also work with established, high-value businesses such as homebuilders, property companies, architecture practices, manufacturers, private healthcare providers and professional firms.
